Return Policy For Peterson-International
Products purchased
from this website maybe returned for any reason based on the following
conditions:
- Products
must be in "new" condition in original packaging.
- A
RMA (Return Material Authorization) must be obtained from us and printed
clearly on the package label.
- Except
for defective or warranty exchange returns you have 14 days from our
shipping date to determine that you wish to return a product.
We
will credit your card or mail you a refund check within 10 business days
of receiving your returned items.
In
the case of a product exchange will ship out your replacement product
within 5 business days of receipt.
