Return Policy For Peterson-International

Products purchased from this website maybe returned for any reason based on the following conditions:

1. Products must be in "new" condition in original packaging.
2. A RMA (Return Material Authorization) must be obtained from us and printed clearly on the package label.
3. Except for defective or warranty exchange returns you have 14 days from our shipping date to determine that you wish to return a product.

We will credit your card or mail you a refund check within 10 business days of receiving your returned items.

In the case of a product exchange will ship out your replacement product within 5 business days of receipt.
